Shipping & Delivery
At Top Shot Supplies (“TSS”), we work hard to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review the information below to understand how shipping and delivery work.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-volume periods, promotions, or giveaways, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We currently ship using:
- USPS
- UPS
Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Top Shot Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If you still need assistance, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.
Giveaways & Promotional Items
Giveaway or promotional items may ship separately and may have different processing and delivery timelines than standard orders.
No purchase is necessary for giveaway entries unless otherwise stated. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions.
