At Top Shot Supplies (“TSS”), we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Giveaway or promotional items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return is approved.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at sales@topshotsupplies.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Giveaways & Promotional Items

Giveaway and promotional items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless otherwise stated.

How do I enter the giveaway?
You can enter by making a purchase on our website or by submitting a free mail-in entry (if available). Entry methods and details are listed in the official giveaway rules.
Do I get entries for every purchase?
Yes. Each eligible product on our site is assigned a specific number of entries. The number of entries you receive depends on the item purchased.
Can I buy entry packs?
Yes. We offer entry pack products that are specifically for giveaway entries. Each entry pack clearly states how many entries it includes.
Do I have to buy something to enter?
No. No purchase is necessary. A free entry option is available and is explained in the official giveaway rules.
When is the winner selected?
Winners are selected at the end of each giveaway period. The drawing date and giveaway timeline will be listed on the Current Giveaway page.
How will the winner be contacted?
Winners will be contacted using the email and/or phone number provided at checkout or on their entry submission.
How long does the winner have to respond?
Winners must respond within the timeframe listed in the official rules. If the winner does not respond in time, an alternate winner may be selected.
How will prizes be delivered?
Prizes will typically be shipped directly to the winner’s provided address. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and shipping schedules.
Are the prize items exactly what is shown in the photos?
Not always. Photos are for promotional purposes only. Actual prize models, colors, sizing, or variations may differ depending on availability.
What happens if a prize item is out of stock?
All prizes are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, Top Shot Supplies reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
Is this giveaway sponsored by NSCA, Castellani, Pilla, or SWATCOM?
No. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any of the brands listed. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Can I return a product that I bought for entries?
Returns are subject to our Return Policy. If an order is refunded, entries associated with that order may be removed.
