At Top Shot Supplies (“TSS”), we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are issued.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available on eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Giveaway or promotional items
  • Items marked as Final Sale

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at support@topshotsupplies.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to resolve it promptly.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:

Giveaways & Promotional Items

Giveaway and promotional items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless otherwise stated.
