Order Tracking
Thank you for your order with Top Shot Supplies (“TSS”). Below is everything you need to know about tracking your shipment.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Where to Find Your Tracking Number
Your tracking number can be found:
- In your shipping confirmation email
- In your order confirmation email (once the order ships)
- In your account under Order History (if you created an account)
Tracking Statuses Explained
You may see one of the following tracking updates:
- Label Created: Your order has been packaged and is awaiting pickup by the carrier
- In Transit: Your package is on its way to you
- Out for Delivery: Your package will be delivered soon
- Delivered: The carrier has marked your package as delivered
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.
Top Shot Supplies is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
Delivered but Not Received?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Check around your delivery location
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- If you still need help, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Giveaways & Promotional Orders
Giveaway or promotional items may ship separately and may have different tracking timelines than standard orders.
